His work provides a deep sense of purpose and daily inspiration through the resilience and diversity of the people he supports. Julian’s passion for psychology grew from an early fascination with the mind and human behaviour, along with personal experiences seeing the impact of mental health challenges within his family and community. This inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to offering understanding, support, and meaningful change. He particularly enjoys supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, neurodevelopmental conditions, acquired brain injury, and neurocognitive disorders.
