Paediatric Dietitians provide practical food, diet and nutrition advice for infants and children. Dietetic and Nutrition advice, and treatment, is often required for children with food allergies and intolerance, anaphylaxis, sensitivity to foods, fussy eating, overeating, ADHD, or children avoiding all or certain types of foods.
Food behaviours or allergies to foods are often stressful for the child, family and their care givers. Kelli Hale is passionate about making a real difference to children and lessening the impact that food can have on their day to day lives. When food behaviours are well managed, childhood can still be a safe, secure, fun and memorable part of life.
Tyack Health's aim is for children and their families to enjoy food and a healthy lifestyle, despite often serious food restrictions.
We treat each child as a unique individual. We understand that Infants and Children respond differently to food allergies, challenges, interventions and treatments. Treatment is most effective when a close relationship to the child (parent/guardian) works with the Paediatric Dietitian so that over time any challenges and changes can be dealt with quickly and effectively.
Tyack Health also houses a team of specialist Paediatric professionals that can assist where recommended. Including; Paediatric Doctors, Paediatric Psychologists, Paediatric Speech Therapists, and Paediatric Occupational Therapists.

Due to her nurturing nature, Madeleine originally studied and became a Registered Nurse. However, her passion for nutrition and how it relates to health motivated her to further her studies in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition. Her interest in managing gut conditions has been further developed following her own experience with IBS, however her passion and principal area of interest now lies in assisting paediatric patients. The field of nutrition science is still emerging, yet Madeleine believes that with new supporting evidence she is able to provide more specific advice to her clients which is both exciting and beneficial.
