We are looking for a part- or full-time paediatric occupational therapist to lead our team of warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth individuals, in addition to managing a reduced caseload without the onerous KPI's. For the last 2 years, we've been working on a solution to address the challenges of workflow and professional pressures that can lead to burnout. We have developed a structured approach for our team as a result, which is helping to keep our team energised and passionate about working with patients across a broad demographic.
We are looking for a Part/Fulltime Speech Pathologist (long term locum also considered) to work within our team of warm, compassionate and down-to-earth individuals, taking over a full case-load.
