To make and manage your appointments from the mobile app:
1. Download the app AMS Connect from your app store or scan the QR Code above using your phone’s camera.
2. Open the app, search for Tyack Health, and tap Select.
3. Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the T&C’s – tap Register.
4. You will receive a once-off SMS code, enter it, and tap Verify.
You are now registered and will see the Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments and make new appointments for you and your family.
