Emily recognises the importance of communication across the lifespan and how speech difficulties can impact on wellbeing and quality of life. Her aim is to make therapy fun and creative and in doing so help children to find their voice and to reach their full potential. She strives to make a real difference by working with and empowering families to help children to overcome their challenges and to reach their goals.
Emily studied Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University in Brisbane and enjoys treating early childhood language delays (late talkers), speech sound disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders and paediatric feeding difficulties (fussy eaters). She is rewarded by the knowledge that improved communication skills facilitate positive change and contribute to her clients’ happiness, confidence, relationships and emotional well-being throughout their entire lives.
