This practice has adopted a privacy policy (in keeping with The Privacy Act 2001) and operational procedures that ensure your information is recorded accurately, kept up to date and securely stored.
As we are a fully computerised practice occasionally our IT administrator may need to access files. Please advise us if this is a concern to you. For a copy of our privacy policy please ask at reception.
Your Rights
If you have an issue or a concern we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor, the practice nurse, reception or the practice manager. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. If you wish to take the matter further and feel that you need to discuss it outside of the surgery, please contact the Health Quality and Complaints Commission, (07) 3225 2564 or 1800 077 308.
