Prescriptions
On occasion, you may have forgotten to ask for a script during your visit. If the doctor does not need to see you again, please allow 24 hours for your script preparation.
A fee of $5.00-$10.00 is charged for prescriptions without seeing the doctor. Should you need this faxed or posted, an additional $2 charge applies for this service, payable prior to your next appointment.
